   I worked on the "Big brother billboards in 2010. Announcing to the public the energy weapons attacks on citizens. I attended , gave testimony and documentation at 3 "President's bioethics Commission meetings", in 2011, This commission was trying to cover up non-consensual human testing in the US and around the world after the Guatemalan STD experiments were exposed. Also in 2011 using Skype I got in touch with Test subjects around the world Through what became the "International Call". This was done because the last bioethics meeting on non-consensual human testing was thought to be held in Europe. This weekly International call exposed that mind control and energy weapons were being used on victims world wide just like here. In the US we were a beta test group. Almost all of us were the same age and separated across the country to isolate us and allow these experiments unbeknownst to those around us like family, friends and co-workers. With the energy weapons attacks came Stazi type stalking and harassment by government sanctioned citizen watch groups and criminals. The Infra-guard is one group exposed to be in the work place. These programs it is believed are meant as a remote, covert means of social and political control. In my opinion this is how the, "New world Order", will silence opposition.

   Also in 2011 I was filmed by TruTV with Jesse Ventura for his show, "conspiracy theories". I've had a conference call with the NIJ who approves non-lethal weapons for law enforcement because I wrote them on how they are being used to kill covertly. I sent out the first videos in the US from a microwave weapons expert Barrie Trower after the International call brought in the Germans Who had been in touch with him. Recently I was involved in an interview/financing from the US to meet with Barrie Trower for three days of filming. Dr. Trower confirms what victims have claimed concerning these weapons.
