Taking the banks down in the U.S. won’t solve the problem. It simply doesn’t make sense. Because if the banks go down the place will become a mad max total civil war destruction on the streets and supposedly that is the last thing the White Hats want. (They don’t want civil war because we can’t handle that while we are currently being invaded by the CCP and others)….
Phil’s premise is built on the idea the White Hats want to destroy the central banking system… Which is a nice idea but it doesn’t depend on the US… According to my sources the Central Banking System is run from Basel Switzerland and above that off-planet.
So the NWO can, in theory, destroy America and still be fine.
But neither side needs to destroy one system to replace it with another. The system is already destabilized and people are looking for where to put their money.
Buying gold and silver coins to store in your house (or on your computer wallet) is not really a viable solution. People actually need the QFS or whatever solution the good guys are working on NOW before the whole thing topples.
Nearly every decision the White Hats have made has been with the caveat that they want to avoid CIVIL WAR while we are in the midst of the current ELECTION STEAL AND INVASION SCENARIO. So it follows that they must have a fail-safe to avoid the total collapse of our country.
It has always been the ultimate aim of the NWO to take down America… remove her as a super power. They see her as the one final obstacle standing in the way of totalitarian control of the world. With this in mind the White Hats apparently have decided to help them in this endeavor up to the last minute when they plan to turn tables and take them down. You can best visualize “the plan” as going along with the WAVE of destruction until at the last minute when they plan to grab hold of the momentum of the wave and turn it back on the enemy and destroy them instead.
The question is, while you destroy the foundation of our country in order to undermine the ruling elite and their system, what do you replace it with? If their solution is the QFS (Quantum Financial System) how long will they wait during this demolition phase before they role it out?
Phil is correct that the system is near collapse. The question is where do we go from here?

According to the evidence of MIKE GILL SVB failed because the cartel pulled it’s laundered money out of the bank suddenly. This may be behind other banks…the cabal child traffickers getting pressured by possible confiscation by the white hats, prosecution and exposure. It is also notable that the NWO is working to consolidate smaller banks into the biggest banks just prior to their roll-out of CBDC global reset plan roll-out. Just another example how both sides are working on a controlled demolition of the system with different planned outcomes.
THE BANK FAILURES AND AI
There is another more back channel possibility behind the bank failures in addition to the above. That is the infiltration by AI into the financial system. It is possible the entire house of cards is failing with a controlled demolition by the AI. Either under orders from either side. We know the stock market is manipulated and lAI is likely to also be out of control. A few years ago I asked 2 of my top sources if the human derived AI was already out of control and they both said yes.
