TO ALL TRAVELERS:

We have decided to streamline matters therefore we ask that everyone WIRE all further remaining payments directly to our Egypt travel company with the exception of our Tour Leader fees (see below). WIRE Soul of Egypt Travel — which is owned by our wonderful guide and friend, Amro Mounir.

OUR TOUR LEADER FEES ARE NOW SEPARATED FROM THE TRIP COST. FEE IS $1000 per traveler. These fees are split evenly between Kerry and Maria. You will be submitting this payment by wire separately. Wire instructions will be emailed along with the invoice.

With that in mind please send SOUL OF EGYPT the following as soon as possible: Note there is a lot of travel being booked in Egypt for 2023 and we are in competition with other travel groups to secure the best hotels, boat and in-country plane tickets so we can all be together.

1. PASSPORT : Copy of your passport. If you don’t have your passport yet please send your full legal name as it will appear on your passport. They need this to secure in-country flights ASAP.

2. ROOM PREFERENCE SINGLE OR DOUBLE: Let us know if you are booking as a COUPLE… in a double room or as a SINGLE SUPPLEMENT. If you want to book a double you can arrange within the group to room with anyone who is willing. For now simply say you are booking as a DOUBLE and we will arrange to connect you with a roommate. Amro needs this immediately as we are a bit late with our room assignments.

3. WIRE FUNDS INCLUDING 100% payment (excluding the deposit if already paid). UPDATE: All payments now due.

TOUR COSTS AS OF OCTOBER 3, 2022:

PRICES: (SUBJECT TO CHANGE DEPENDING ON NUMBER OF PEOPLE AND UNKNOWN CHANGES IN HOTEL FEES OR OTHER UNANTICIPATED COSTS): Note: Base price for tour is $5100 per person for double rooms (with roommate)… Single supplement is the extra cost of rooming alone.

➢ We now have a Group 15 or more Paying Guests Total cost and fees now separated as follows:
• Double: Rate per person / in double is U$D $5100/per person
• Single supplement is U$D 1950.00 on the top of the base rate. • rate per person / per package in single is therefore $1950 + 5100 = U$D $7050.
➢ A separate Fee to be paid directly to Maria Wheatley and Kerry Cassidy – for our service is $1000 per traveler – Please pay this directly via wire to Kerry Cassidy details sent via invoice to each traveler. Instructions will follow once you are registered and have paid tour fees to Soul of Egypt. A separate payment request will be sent via email and invoice to all travelers who register.

If you choose to come early and stay later in Egypt the hotel rates are as follows:
➢ Rate per room per night in double or Single is U$D 300.00. for pre nights at Four Seasons.
➢ Rate per room per night in double or Single is U$D 400.00. for Post nights at Marriott Mena House.

THE ENTIRE TOUR IS FILMED AND INCLUDES PRIVATE TIME IN VARIOUS PLACES INCLUDING MEDITATION AND CHANTING WHERE POSSIBLE. Travelers will not be filmed unless they fill out a permissions form otherwise their image will be blurred.
